TSEC was established with specialized units assigned to improve the automation in its’ production facility. The main objectives are achieving greater stability in product quality, higher efficiencies in manufacturing processes and overall cost reduction to our customers.

Our CNC winding machines combined with automated tape machines create a rationalization of our automated facility.

Our Automated Core Argon Welding facility facilitates reduction in labor costs and also reduces overall lead-time in production.

Our Automatic Ultrasonic Test facility can conduct two different kind of characteristic testing; Ultrasonic Compression and Hi-Pot and also provide Date Code Embossing. This equipment can also automatically detect inferior product.

Further enhancements to our production facility that are in process at this moment are:

• On-line communication (LAN) between the Automatic testing stations and our QA center
• Automatic Varnishing facility

The above plans will contribute tremendously in the improvement of the flow of production resulting in better standards of product to meet our customer requirement.
