From the design stage, our quality staff & production engineers are involved in evaluating the quality, reliability & feasibility of production. A good solid design is the first step of quality assurance.

At the production stage, there are clear work-instruction sheets for every manufacturing process. IPQC staff monitors each step of the manufacturing process every two hourly to confirm the workers operations comply with the specifications. We use statistical process control to improve our process and achieve the highest level of quality and efficiencies.

The outgoing inspection confirms that the products comply with the original specifications and assure the quality of the products satisfy the requirements of our customers.

Our ISO 9002 certification was obtained in year 1993.
